Commercial Smokers

COOKSHACK Commercial Smokers produce both hot and cold smoked foods. From meat, poultry, fish and game to vegis, fruits, pastas, and oil & sauces.
You can even cold smoke your own cheeses!
The three smaller sizes may be ordered as dehydrators as well.
Thermostatically controlled for temperature ranges from 100° F. to 300° F. They make excellent cook & hold ovens even though they were designed as dedicated smokers.
They are NSF & UL listed, and all S/S models are USDA approved.
